Studio Grand

An instructor-led reformer pilates studio in central Debrecen. At the start there was no tracking at all; bookings ran in an external system on a separate domain. In a hundred days we built the measurement, launched the campaigns, and the studio's content is planned and published by our own Marketing.OS.

The starting point

Six reformer machines, one instructor, three classes a day: capacity is finite, so the goal was not "more visitors" but well-filled classes and new, returning clients. The WordPress site had no Tag Manager, Analytics or Meta pixel, and booking happened inside an embedded Motibro frame, so the most important event, the booking itself, was unmeasurable. Meanwhile a national chain advertised non-stop with video and carousels.

What we do

[01] tracking

From zero to the full path

  • GTM, GA4, Meta pixel and Consent Mode v2
  • booking tracking from the external booking widget
  • server-side Meta Conversions API against lost events
[02] campaigns + content

Trial class, posts, Reels

  • Meta campaign for the trial class with its own landing page
  • 28-day rolling post calendar, Facebook scheduling and Instagram publishing
  • weekly watch on competitors' ads
[03] SEO + monitoring

Marketing.OS

  • weekly SEO plan, page updates straight into WordPress
  • weekly Google and AI visibility measurement
  • daily campaign watchdog, weekly decision email, monthly report

The technical fixes that made the difference

  • Booking tracking from a foreign frame. The Motibro widget runs in an iframe on another domain, where no pixel can see. The widget does send postMessage events at the booking steps; we capture those and turn them into the measured booking click and the Meta event. Without it the campaign would have had nothing to optimise for.
  • Every card of the carousel ad linked to the wrong page. When switching landing pages we found that a Meta carousel carries the link on every card and every button, not just at ad level. All ten were checked; none stayed on the old URL.
  • WordPress cut the landing page's CSS in half. Automatic paragraphing (wpautop) inserts closing tags at every blank line, inside <style> blocks too, so the button and grid silently vanished. We adapted the template and now machine-check the source after every publish.
  • One URL for Google. The homepage lived with and without www and its authority was split; the first task of the weekly SEO plan became the canonical URL.
  • Images from public storage. The Instagram API only accepts images by URL; post images go to our own storage, the publisher checks every 15 minutes what is due, and on failure it alerts instead of silently skipping.

How

  • Capacity is the ceiling, not marketing. The system showed that with one instructor a budget of HUF 60–100k makes sense, not more. We set it there, not above.
  • Every post and ad goes out with approval. The studio approves, requests changes or rejects on the dashboard; copy and image rules (e.g. no health claims) are also machine-checked.
  • A joint meeting every month. Goals and the offer are set together; the system carries execution and measurement.

Outcome in the first 100 days

Tracking went from zero to complete, and 83% of started online bookings complete. Organic clicks are +222% versus the previous period, and ChatGPT, Perplexity and Claude recommend the studio for every local reformer pilates question (none at the start). The paid trial-class campaign brings measured booking clicks, and for the first time it is visible which creative works: video ads click through at four times the rate of static ones.
